The Google Calendar integration connects your appointment scheduling with armincx customer service. Calendar events from Google Calendar become available in armincx and can automatically trigger actions: reminders via WhatsApp, booking confirmations, and follow-ups after appointments.
The integration is primarily designed for businesses with appointment-based models. This includes B2B sales teams with demo scheduling processes, service providers with consulting appointments, and e-commerce brands that offer personal consultations (e.g. interior design, fashion consulting, custom products).
The integration solves a specific problem: no-shows at booked appointments. When your sales team regularly books demos or consultation calls and prospects fail to show up, it costs time and revenue.
WhatsApp reminders have an open rate of 70 to 95% compared to 20 to 40% for email reminders. This means your appointment reminder actually gets read. In practice, this leads to a significant reduction in no-show rates.

armincx connects to your calendar via the Google Calendar API. New appointments, changes, and cancellations are automatically synchronized. Based on these events, workflows can be triggered in armincx.
Specifically, the following automations are available:
- Booking confirmation: As soon as an event is created in Google Calendar, armincx sends a WhatsApp confirmation to the participant.
- Pre-appointment reminder: Configurable timing (e.g. 24 hours, 1 hour before). The reminder goes out via WhatsApp.
- Post-appointment follow-up: Automatically triggered message after the meeting. Thank the participant, share next steps, or collect feedback.
- Cancellation handling: When an appointment is cancelled, armincx informs the participant and offers rescheduling.
