SALZWASSER, a sustainable D2C fashion label, faced a special occasion: their 5-year brand anniversary. The challenge was not only to celebrate this milestone but also to drive additional revenue – without falling into the trap of high advertising costs. The goal was to effectively activate existing customers and promote exclusive anniversary deals.

Solution

Together with MAILODY GmbH, SALZWASSER launched a targeted WhatsApp campaign. The approach:

  • direct communication with the existing WhatsApp community
  • personal anniversary messages that conveyed closeness and exclusivity
  • clear call-to-action with special anniversary offers
  • cost control through WhatsApp distribution via Chatarmin

The entire sending cost was only €105.33.
