ARCTA, an outdoor and lifestyle brand, was looking for a way to turn its social media reach not just into engagement but into measurable sales. Giveaways had long been a proven tool for generating attention – but until now, there had been no direct link between participation and purchase.

The key question: How can we turn social media leads into paying customers?

Solution

With Chatarmin, ARCTA implemented an innovative setup:

  1. Social media giveaway – participants could enter the contest via Instagram and Facebook.
  2. Lead collection via WhatsApp – entries were submitted through WhatsApp, enabling the brand to immediately capture valid contacts.
