ARCTA, an outdoor and lifestyle brand, was looking for a way to turn its social media reach not just into engagement but into measurable sales. Giveaways had long been a proven tool for generating attention – but until now, there had been no direct link between participation and purchase.

With Chatarmin, ARCTA implemented an innovative setup:

- . Smart follow-up offer – when the winners were announced, all non-winners received a €50 voucher as a consolation prize directly via WhatsApp. This created a seamless customer journey: from social media engagement, to WhatsApp opt-in, and finally to purchase.
