Simple and attractive - redeemable immediately with a click on the website link. With an average order value of €500, this discount represented no loss and motivated people to take action. The result? An impressive conversion rate of 13.58% and a turnover of €65,056.88 in just two months.

Synergy of WhatsApp and email marketing

But it didn't stop at WhatsApp. The email addresses validated in Flow were automatically synchronized with the Klaviyo newsletter tool. This also benefited the email marketing team. At the same time, cannibalization was avoided. This symbiosis enables sustainable lead generation on two channels - a clever move for successful retention marketing. With 942 new subscribers and a turnover of €69.06 per recipient, this strategy showed how modern marketing works.

More sales through smart shopping cart reminders on WhatsApp

What happens when customers abandon their shopping cart? The MeubelBaas campaign showed how much potential there is in these abandoned purchases. The key? Friendly reminders via WhatsApp - directly with a link back to the shopping cart. Thanks to the clever combination of WhatsApp messages and emails in a “sandwich approach”, both channels were used cleverly. Customers who did not respond received follow-ups - personally and efficiently.

The result? An impressive €10,848.24 in revenue with only €22.07 in WhatsApp costs. 384 customers signed up, the conversion rate was 5.46%, and the revenue per recipient was €28.25. This campaign proves that even high-priced products can be sold successfully with WhatsApp - quickly, easily and effectively.
