Bedrop is a health and wellness brand that produces high-quality propolis for atopic eczema and other related skin conditions. They had a crazy happy hour sale and decided to experiment with WhatsApp marketing to reach audience groups that did not respond to their email and social media marketing strategies.
The Challenge
Bedrop needed to expand its marketing strategy from social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram and emails to a more niche platform like WhatsApp. This strategy was to target audiences who were more responsive on WhatsApp and get them to make a purchase.
Our Strategy
Our strategy for Bedrop was to target as many of their customers as possible. We crafted a highly targeted sales message with an attractive 15% discount offer that was valid for only one hour. Time-limited offers are great because they trigger customers’ fear of missing out (FOMO) and are an excellent way to get an immediate response. We also added a personal touch to the messaging (The founder’s Birthday Celebration) to help people feel more connected to the brand.
Since this campaign had a timeframe of just an hour, we added more incentives to push customers to purchase. Customers could get up to 30% off on all products with no minimum order value. Our carefully crafted messaging and the mouth-watering incentives were enough to gather an insane number of responses in a very short time.

The campaign lasted for one hour and cost €3.027,27. We reached a total of 29,000 accounts.

Our campaign recorded an open rate of 20,000 with 3,300 link clicks, resulting in an overall 16.5% CTR in just one hour. Given the campaign's time constraint, this is an excellent CTR.
476 Total Orders
Out of the 20,000 accounts reached, Bedrop received 476 orders in less than one hour. The conversion rate based on the number of link clicks is 14.42%. Users who clicked the link were able to order almost immediately with the provided discount codes applied at checkout.
