New Integration

Company Car, Leasing and Contract Right in the Ticket.

armincx by Chatarmin shows the matching Carano details next to the driver request: driver, vehicle and leasing contract. armincx finds the driver via the contact's email address. The connection only reads data, and nothing changes in Carano.

What Changes for Driver Requests

Check the vehicle, look up the contract, reply: with Carano in armincx, the details sit next to the ticket instead of in a second tab.

Find the Driver by Email

armincx looks up the driver in Carano using the ticket contact's email address. If there's a match, the Carano card appears in the customer panel with name, active or inactive status, personnel number and mobile number.

Matching works by email address only. If the contact has no email, or Carano has no driver with exactly that address, no card appears.

Vehicle and Leasing Contract at a Glance

The card shows the licence plate, make and model, VIN, fuel type, mileage and vehicle status. It also shows the contract details: leasing company, leasing rate, yearly mileage and contract period.

While the vehicle isn't in the fleet yet, the card shows the expected delivery. After that, it shows when the car joined the fleet.

Read Only, Change Nothing

The connection only reads data. Nothing changes in Carano, and it creates neither tickets nor notifications.

For each ticket you open, armincx sends Carano the contact's email address and the Carano IDs it gets back. armincx stores the password and sign-in token encrypted.

Carano and armincx: Connection, Carano Card and Data Access

The Carano integration in armincx connects your fleet management in Carano to the inbox: your team sees which vehicle a driver has and what their leasing contract says, right next to the ticket. The connection only reads data and changes nothing in Carano.

The Connection

You need API access to Carano. Carano gives you the API Base URL, a username and a password.

Under Integrations, select Carano, click Connect and enter the three values. armincx checks them with Carano before saving. To test, open a ticket from a driver whose email address is stored in Carano and expand the Carano card. As the integration only reads data, it's safe to try with a real driver.

What the Carano Card Shows

Section What It Contains
Driver name, active or inactive, personnel number, mobile number, last update
Vehicle licence plate, make and model, VIN, fuel type, mileage, vehicle status, plus "In fleet since" or the expected delivery
Contract contract number and type, contract status, leasing company, leasing rate in euros, yearly mileage, contract period

The Vehicle and Contract sections appear when the driver has a vehicle assigned in Carano. Rows that Carano has no value for are hidden.

What About the AI Agent?

There are no Carano actions for your AI agents. Carano data is meant for your team in the inbox.

You'll find the step-by-step guide in our documentation.

How Driver Requests Work With armincx

Three situations from everyday fleet support.

Book a Demo

Which Car Is Assigned to Me?

A driver asks about their company car and its licence plate. The Carano card shows the plate, make and model, and your team replies without searching in Carano.

Which Car Is Assigned to Me?

When Does My Leasing Contract End?

A driver asks about the contract end date, leasing rate and allowed mileage. The card shows the contract period, rate and yearly mileage from her contract.

When Does My Leasing Contract End?

When Will My New Car Arrive?

The new vehicle is still on its way. The card shows the expected delivery, and your team passes the date straight on.

When Will My New Car Arrive?

What the Carano Card Shows When Something Is Missing

Not every contact has an email address, and not every driver has a vehicle assigned yet. This is how the card behaves:

  • Contact without an email address: no Carano card appears. Add the email to the contact
  • No driver with this email in Carano: no Carano card appears
  • Driver without a vehicle in Carano: the card shows the Driver section only
  • Carano can't be reached: the card moves to the row for apps that failed to load. Expand it and click "Retry"

When the Connection or the Card Has Problems

Problem What to Check
The connection won't save Is the API Base URL free of typos and does it start with https://? Are the username and password copied in full, without spaces? Is the API access active at Carano?
"Failed to load" keeps appearing Click "Retry" first. If it keeps failing, the password may have changed in Carano: enter the new password in the connection
Vehicle or contract is missing Does the driver have a vehicle assigned in Carano? Individual rows are hidden when Carano has no value for them

Changing the Password or Disconnecting

When editing the connection, leave the password blank to keep the current one. armincx checks the details with Carano again before saving. To disconnect, open the "Connected" menu, choose "Disconnect" and confirm. The Carano card disappears from tickets, and your Carano data and account stay unchanged.

Carano Data in the Ticket Instead of a Second Tab
