The integration combines three flows that work together.

  • Flow 1: Central review inbox. Every new review from Reviews.io goes to armincx via API and appears there like a regular ticket. Customer name, star rating, review text and the last order are immediately visible. Your team responds to reviews from the same system that handles emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Flow 2: Automatic triage through sentiment detection. As soon as a review comes in, armincx checks the star rating against your threshold. Below the threshold, a ticket is created and assigned to an agent.
