EverSubs and armincx: Customer Panel, Subscription Actions and AI Agent
EverSubs is a subscription app for Shopify. With the integration in armincx, your team sees a customer's subscriptions next to the ticket and changes them in one click, while the AI agent answers questions about payments and deliveries.
Connecting Your EverSubs Store
You need the Merchant API key of your EverSubs store and, in armincx, the "Manage integrations" permission, which admins have by default.
In your workspace settings, open Integrations, choose EverSubs, click Connect and paste the key. armincx first checks that the key can read subscriptions. The test doesn't check whether it may change them, so create the key with read and write permissions to let your team and the AI agent change subscriptions. If the test fails, nothing is saved and you see the reason.
For several stores, repeat the steps. Each connection only sees its own store's subscriptions. As every connection is labelled "EverSubs", it's best to note which store you connected on which date.
What Your Team Changes in the Ticket
| Action | What happens | For subscriptions that are |
|---|---|---|
| Skip next order | The next charge and delivery move forward by one billing interval | active |
| Reschedule next order | to a day you choose, from tomorrow on | active |
| Edit quantity | quantity of one product, using the pencil next to it | active |
| Pause | stops further orders, a reason is required | active |
| Cancel subscription | ends the subscription for good, a reason is required | active, paused |
Cancelled, expired, failed and stale subscriptions can't be changed.
Actions for the AI Agent
Your AI agents get three read actions and five actions that make changes:
- Read, no approval needed: look up subscriptions by email address, look up a subscription's recent billing attempts, look up available delivery days
- Change, with approval by default: skip or reschedule the next order, change a quantity, pause, cancel
The agent proposes a change, a person approves it, and only then does it happen in EverSubs. On the agent, you choose which connected store it may use.
