How was the campaign structured?
waterdrop® had a clear goal in March: run two sales campaigns within 24 hours via WhatsApp. High reach, high conversion, low cost per message.
Campaign 1
Campaign 1 went out in the morning to 18,833 WhatsApp subscribers. High-converting message with direct link to the store and a clear call to action. This message opened the 24-hour conversation window at Meta for each recipient.

Campaign 2
Campaign 2 followed the same day. Second offer, same recipients. Because the conversation window was already open, no additional Meta costs applied to the second message.

The cost per WhatsApp recipient was cut in half. Two campaigns for the price of one.
