myDartpfeil is a German company that produces dartboards and dart accessories. They wanted to expand their marketing strategies to include WhatsApp so they could target their audience on a more personal level and support their email marketing strategies.

Our Approach

We crafted a strategic welcome flow campaign with a very compelling message and a 10% discount voucher. Customers clicked the link with a chat start, prompting an immediate response from the system. They were also asked to give their permission to receive messages from myDartpfeil and share their emails before getting the discount. This campaign also served as an excellent opportunity to share a new product update that users can test out.
