Body IP is a health and fitness brand that produces a wide range of supplements and fitness equipment, mainly serving the German market. They restocked one of their best-selling protein supplements and wanted to target customers on WhatsApp by offering them a discount to motivate them to purchase the product.
The Challenge
Body IP had tried WhatsApp marketing in the past with very unexciting results. Their goal with this campaign was to reach a niche group of audiences who are more open to purchasing products via WhatsApp instead of emails or other social media platforms. They wanted to announce the restock of the protein supplements with an exciting discount to get customers to purchase.
Our Strategy
We created a simple campaign message to announce the restock of the product with a 15% discount to push the audience to click the link and possibly make a purchase. This campaign was pretty straightforward and was easy to garner a good number of clicks in a short time as people were already anticipating the restock. The last few campaigns we ran for Body IP did not meet expectations regarding the CTR. Our main goal was to get more clicks and orders within the timeframe while maintaining a low unsubscribe rate, as with other campaigns we ran for this brand.
Our Results
With a total cost of €222,01, we reached 2156 accounts.
22.81% CTR
With an open rate of 1600 and 365 link clicks, we recorded a 22.81% CTR. This volume showed people were responding to the campaign messaging.
80 Total Orders
Out of the 2,156 accounts we reached, we got 80 orders. The conversion rate based on the number of link clicks is 21.92%. Users clicked the link and applied the discount code at checkout.
